The KN95 and N95 mask machine composed of non woven roll rack and forming system. The forming system includes embossing, pressing, cutting and conveying.The rollers on the rack can be adjusted to match the forming system. The machine has high efficiency and less waste, which steadily speeds up the collection and conveying of the mask body. The rack and forming system matching nose bridge insert and ear loop welding machine can make up a complete processing line, which improves productivity and benefit to create greater profits.
This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, single-phase motor for main conveyor belt, stepping motor turning, precise transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.

Environmental conditions

2. Humidity: 30% ~ 90%.
3. Keep away from paint (gasoline), chemicals, acid, alkaline and explosive or flammable materials.
4. Avoid neighbouring machines that can cause vibration. Ambient lighting: above 300LUX
Installation notes
1. After the machine is positioned, adjust the foot cup of the machine and use the horizontal auxiliary tool until it is adjusted to the level.
2. Connect the power cord. This machine uses 220V single-phase, 50HZ power. It is strictly prohibited to connect 380V or other power sources that do not meet the requirements. Please pay special attention to the user! To ensure safety, the connection work must be completed by an electric professional, and a connection cable is provided. If self-equipped power plug is used, 2.5mm2 three-core cable must be used to correctly connect live wire (L), neutral wire (N) and ground wire (E).
