Working Process

Semi-automatic film machine
TIt is also known as a mask tablet machine. It is a machine used to automatically produce multi-layer material flat masks. It can use 1 ~ 4 layers of KN95 PP spunbond non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter materials. The entire machine from raw materials to the nose line Inserting, edge banding and cutting finished products are all in one line. The film machine adopts aluminum alloy frame, light and firm, and adopts PLC control system. When the material is running, the sensor and ultrasonic welding are used, the output is high, and the product qualification rate is high.
Semi-automatic earloop welding machine
The KN95 external earband mask machine fuses the elastic band on both sides of the mask body by ultrasound to complete the earband mask product. Only one operator needs to place the mask body piece by piece on the conveyor belt jig. The completion is automatically operated by the machine, and the output of this machine is higher than that of the general earband machine.
Semi-automatic V-shaped edge banding machine
This machine belongs to the subsequent production process of the tablet machine. Instead of manual edge stitching, ultrasonic welding heads and steel molds are used for welding.
