1. Product description of cup mask machine
The fully automatic N95 cup mask machine fits the face and meets the higher level of air particle filtration efficiency of N95/KN95/FFP3/NOISH. The fully automatic production line is specially designed for processing cup respirators.
The fully automatic N95 cup mask machine realizes integrated automatic operation, from raw material loading, mask cup forming / welding / stamping, automatic nose bridge welding, automatic marking printing, automatic ear hook spot welding/binding, automatic punching and other processes to automatically complete the mask production line.
The nose bridge is ultrasonically welded to achieve a smooth cut, no imprints on the surface, no damage, and strong fit.
Pictures and Logo can be automatically printed, which can be realized by manual operation of the PLC interface, which is efficient and fast, and the pattern is clear.
